What happens if it rains?

• If this occurs, we will reschedule the session within a 12-hour notice. We will try our best to reschedule sessions to the following day or weekend, depending on our availability.

How long until we receive our gallery?

• We strive to have all galleries delivered within 5-7 business days of the shoot date.

How do we access our pictures when they are finished?

• After your session is complete, we send the entire album back via email link. This will take you to an online gallery where you can view and select photos from the session.

Why do I need to Pay a retainer?

• The retainer is to lock in your desired date and time for your session. The retainer is non-refundable. It also serves as a cancellation fee to protect from no shows and last minute cancellations. Retainer will go towards your session, and can be credited towards a future session as long as it's rescheduled within 24 hours prior to your shoot. All remaining balances are due at the time of the session, and no images will be released until paid in full.
